My Baby 2: My Baby Grew Up "There is much to like about this game, which takes much from its predecessor and expands on it..." ‑ News Shopper (8/10)
More Info >LEICESTER, UK and MIDLOTHIAN, Va. - February 10, 2010 - Leading videogame publisher, SouthPeak Interactive Corporation (OTC BB: SOPK), today announced that retro gaming delight 3D Dot Game Heroes, for the PlayStation®3 (PS3™) computer entertainment system, will be playable at the Midlands MCM Expo on February 20th at the Telford International Centre.
Visitors to the show - which caters for fans of films, anime, manga and videogames - will have the opportunity to experience 3D Dot Game Heroes' infectious nostalgic charms for themselves and even go hands-on with a section of the game for the first time ever in Europe. However be warned, because if you're susceptible to the pleasures of classic gaming, the tongue-in-cheek script, unique visual style and ridiculously overgrown weapons can induce silly grins, tears of unbridled joy and even fits of laughter. Don't say we didn't warn you.
"The MCM Expo is the perfect place to debut 3D Dot Game Heroes," said Ed Blincoe, European marketing director, SouthPeak Interactive. "With its retro gaming chic and parodies of classic Japanese RPGs, we're sure that anime and manga fans in particular - or those who fondly remember the bygone days of videogaming - will be queuing around the booth to be among the first to play it."
3D Dot Game Heroes will be available in PAL territories on May 14th - just days after the North American release. For more information about the game, head to 3ddotgameheroes.eu. For more details about the Midlands MCM Expo: midlandsmcmexpo.com
